Signal

An iPhone app for the question every outage feed forgets to answer: what actually changed?

01 / Why I made it

A live incident does not need another feed. It needs an edit.

Signal started with a simple frustration: outage reporting repeats itself. Ten posts can describe the same failure while the one useful update disappears between them. I designed the app to group reports into one situation, then surface only changes in impact, place, confidence or recovery.

02 / The app

Here it is.
Actually running.

Forty-four seconds through the real SwiftUI prototype. The video is the demo—there is no fake portfolio UI sitting on top.

What this is

A complete SwiftUI prototype with deterministic local scenarios.

What it is not

A launched news service with invented users, metrics or research quotes.

What I would test next

Whether people understand confidence states under time pressure—and when another alert becomes noise.
